Position Type: Part-Time 20 Hours per week.

Job Summary: We seek an enthusiastic and meticulous Sales Support Specialist to join our team. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the Sales Manager and Marketing Team and make a meaningful impact on our mission. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a sales and marketing environment and a passion for sustainability and environmental protection.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Research and Qualification:
    • Conduct research to identify potential sales opportunities using HubSpot and Seamless.
    • Review and assist the Sales Manager in qualifying leads to ensure alignment with UrthPact’ s target market.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and opportunities within our CRM system, HubSpot.
  2. Trade Show Administration and Preparation:
    • Assist in the planning, organization, attending, and execution of trade shows and industry events.
    • Manage logistics, including booth setup, marketing collateral, and promotional materials.
    • Coordinate with vendors and ensure that all necessary materials are prepared and shipped on time.
  3. Maintenance and Organization of Marketing Materials:
    • Maintain and organize physical samples, marketing collateral, and other promotional items.
    • Ensure that all materials and product samples are up-to-date, well-stocked, and ready for use by the sales and marketing teams.
    • Manage collateral version controls and ensure the most up-to-date materials are stored for the sales team’s use.
    • Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials as needed.
  4. Sustainability Research and Compliance Monitoring:
    • Stay informed on the latest developments in sustainability, environmental law changes, and industry trends.
    • Research and maintain information relevant to UrthPact products and their compliance with current regulations.
    • Provide insights and updates to the team to ensure our products remain at the forefront of sustainability.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales and marketing department, preferably in a role that involves lead qualification, trade show support, or marketing material management.
  • Strong organizational skills with diligence.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems like HubSpot and research tools like Seamless.

Skills, Abilities, Special License or Certification:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A strong interest in sustainability and environmental protection.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Initiative-taking and self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow within the company.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in the sustainable products industry.
  • Familiarity with and interest in environmental regulations and sustainability trends
